2019 Suzuki Workshop Registration

Early Registration deadline is December 14, 2018.  To qualify for Early Registration, all fees must be paid by December 14 and all Registration information complete.  The adult who will be in attendance with their student agrees to assume full responsibility for supervising this/these student(s) for the entirety of the workshop. Your submission of the Workshop registration also gives us permission to use photos taken of you and/or your student in future publications and on our website for Workshop promotion.  Already Registered?  Want to Add Classes, etc.?  Use the link below if you registered by mail and wish to pay with PayPal or if you decide to add classes, hotel, t-shirts, etc. to your registration after you have already submitted the registration.  Please do not go through the online registration process more than one time.  Online registration includes payment options. Your payment will appear as a donation to G.S.S.A. Please be sure to include the email address you used when registering so that we may apply your registration payments correctly.
